REFUND POLICY

At FlowLogic Global, we provide consulting, automation, and technology implementation services tailored to the specific needs of each client. Due to the customized nature of these services, the following refund policy applies.

1. Service-Based Payments


Payments made for consulting, implementation, configuration, or development services are generally non-refundable once the project or service has commenced, as resources and expertise are allocated specifically for each engagement.

 

2. Project Confirmation


Clients are encouraged to carefully review the proposal, scope of work, timelines, and service agreement before confirming a project or making any payment.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds


Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The project or service has not yet started, or

  • FlowLogic Global is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

 

4. Partial Refunds


In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if a project is canceled after work has begun. The refundable amount will be determined based on the work completed, resources utilized, and costs already incurred at the time of the cancellation.

 

5. Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.

 

6. Third-Party Services


Fees paid for third-party software subscriptions, licenses, hosting services, or external platforms are non-refundable and subject to the policies of the respective providers.

 

7. Policy Updates


FlowLogic Global reserves the right to review, modify, or update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of this policy.
